Shipping is free on order over $200.00; orders $199.99 and lower will be charged a $13.99 flat shipping fee.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We anticipate a response in 2-3 business days. If your item is on backorder or unavailable for one week or more, we will reach out to you to determine if you want to wait for the backordered item or if you would prefer to cancel your order. These communications are generally via email. Your payment authorization is only valid for one week, we may need to ask you to "re-order" a backordered item if we have not heard from you that you want to wait for the product.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. All orders are initially processed between 3-5 days, at which time you will be notified that the item is in stock. Once shipped the orders usually arrive between 7-10 days depending on your location and method of shipment.
All orders are shipped from the United States to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
